Shipping & Handling

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Let's Make You up DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit in route to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout. Once items leave the Let's Make You up warehouse the carrier chosen during checkout accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession. Let's Make You up will however assist you with placing a claim with the carrier chosen during the time of checkout all damage claims must be reported 24 hours after your package has arrived. 

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to an estimated 3-12 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take an estimated time of 3-12 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS to most locations (Domestic & Internationally). Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from letsmakeyouup.store, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Let's Make You up does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

LETS MAKE YOU UP DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. We will assist you with working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

If there is an issue with your order an email must be sent to letsmakeyouup101@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations.ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You may contact the seller directly for any details about order. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. 


Track your order status with your Order # or Tracking number

Based on current processing times, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to be updated and available. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. Thank you for your patience.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER 

There are three (3) ways to check the tracking information available for your package:

  1. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
  2. Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.comUPS.com, or FedEx.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.

 I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you do not receive an email from Let's Make You up within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your Lets Make You up account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing letsmakeyouup@gmail.com

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT HAVEN'T SEEN ANY MOVEMENT FROM LETS MAKE YOU UP. 

Depending on the shipping method selected, most orders leave our Distribution Center within 3 - 12 business days after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). 

Please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY for current processing times and available shipping methods. Note: In-transit times are separate from processing times and are subject to change during the holiday season.

In some cases, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. Rather than canceling your order, Lets make you up will issue a credit for the amount of the item purchased. If this happens to you, our Customer Care Team will send you an email notifying you.

Note: Let's Make You Up does not process any refunds or exchanges for items purchased through any of our store.
